A little history on chocolate: 

Chocolate comes from the fruit of cacao trees, and has been used since at least 1500 BC in Central and South America.

Cacao beans have been used as currency by the Aztecs and during American Revolution.

Chocolate arrived in Florida on a Spanish ship in 1641 and was primarily used in “hot cocoa”.

The first chocolate bar was made in 1847.
